If you are having non-life-threatening cardiac symptoms – including chest discomfort, palpitations, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, or not feeling well, accessible care is available to you.

It is with heavy hearts that the physician partners at Pioneer Heart Institute share with our patients and the community the passing of Dr. Hemantha Koduri early Thursday morning.

Dr. Koduri was a talented and caring Interventional Cardiologist and Vascular Medicine Specialist and had been a physician partner at Pioneer Heart Institute since 2018. He was loved and respected by all his colleagues, staff, and patients whose lives he touched.

Our prayers and sympathy go out to his wife, Dr. Prathima Jasti, his children, Anish and Sourya, and the rest of his family.

Although his time with us was too short, his contributions and care will live on with us at Pioneer Heart Institute. May he rest in peace. Partner, brother, father, husband, healer.
